A leading digital media business that is a household brand name is looking to add an Administrator to their team in a role that supports their super-busy and super-successful Digital Sales team. This role is based in beautiful Richmond, a mere 20 minute journey from Waterloo, in beautiful open-plan offices with views out onto the river and lots of local bars and restaurants where the team regularly socialise together. If you have some experience in administration and are looking to move into the exciting world of media then this could be your chance!

The Role

- Performing administrative tasks to aid the sales team with their daily activities - this could be checking prices/contracts or processing orders
- Ensuring that client campaigns are delivered within the agreed time-frames
- Reporting on a monthly basis on the results the sales team have delivered
- Keeping track of sales targets and monitoring customer accounts
- Assisting with the creation of training guides and any other collateral required

The Candidate

- Ideally a Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience within administration will ensure you can hit the ground running in the role
- Experience using Excel is beneficial as you will regularly be using the MS Office packages
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- A can-do attitude and positive demeanour will mean you fit right into this busy and successful team!
