A very strong communicator to work on the Reception desk of this charity working with people facing challenges in their lives. This is a busy role for a candidate who is confident to deal with a variety of service users when they report to the customer service desk. You can expect to help the service by arranging appointments, providing information as well as helping with the general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator who is looking for an opportunity to work either within a charity or the criminal justice sector, assisting vulnerable people. Previous help desk or reception experience is essential.
