This is a full time graduate job based in Central London and paying up to £30,000.

They are looking for a hardworking, reliable and meticulous Ad Ops Executive to join our UK team. This role is ideal for someone who has 1 year of experience in an Ad Ops team/position and who has an interest in podcasts! You will be required to support the sales/content teams by trafficking audio campaigns and will report to the Ad Ops Manager. This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the most exciting start-ups out of Stockholm since Spotify!

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing and trafficking audio campaigns in the company ad server, working towards campaign timings and delivery expectations
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure creative, tags and all assets are implemented correctly and adhering to booking details
• Monitoring campaign delivery on a daily basis and reporting on pacing
• Implementing necessary optimisations to ensure full campaign delivery
• Troubleshooting campaigns by identifying potential issues with creative, tags and escalating
• Supporting the sales team by generating reports for proposals and offering adops/tech support
• Providing post campaign reporting to the sales team on a monthly basis
• Supporting the Ad Ops Manager and senior members of the team on projects when necessary

Your ideal skills and personality
• Minimum of 1 year of experience trafficking and optimising campaigns using an ad server, such as AudioServe, DFP, AdTech, OpenX or similar
• Demonstrable understanding of tracking tags and correct implementation
• Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce or Netsuite
• Strong Excel skills - preferably intermediate
• Confident with numeracy
• Experience using Adobe Auditions and SQL is a bonus
