This fun, young company sells technology that allows consumer-facing brands to engage with their customers through any channel- email, WhatsApp, or social media. It uses Artificial Intelligence to save brands time and money and drastically improve the customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to join the HQ of a fast-growth company whose technology is hugely valuable, and that has offices all over the world. They're looking for two dynamic Graduate Account Managers to win new business and build their own careers.
What is the role?
This is a very varied and fun graduate role- it'll be a combination of Account Management and generating new business. You'll be given a group of existing clients to look after, and be responsible for developing positive relationships with them, and getting to know their business so you can spot opportunities to sell them more products. You'll have regular face-to-face meetings with them, and you'll also shadow the senior Sales team on meetings with big customers. You'll also be responsible for winning new business for the company. There will be minimal cold calling in this part of the role- you'll do a lot of research into your target markets, and try to turn them into clients over email and LinkedIn. Your main objective in this part of the role will be to book meetings for the senior Sales team.
