Our client provides commercialisation solutions to leading retail asset owners and property managers. Providing innovative commercialisation management services by embedding commercialisation professionals into existing property management teams.This is a full-time job opportunity. Salary: £20k-24k depending on experience.

How you can expect to spend your day:

Account Management:
• Maintain and manage relationships between the company and their mainstream clients
• Proactively network and develop new relationships throughout the industry
• Compile and deliver strategies for individual and wider assets
• Benchmark current and new activity against industry expectation within an asset via all platforms of commercialisation: Speciality leasing/pop up shops, promotional/brand experiential campaigns, advertising, vending and brand emersion/sponsorship
• Enhance and maximise deal potential for assets on an individual basis as well as across the firm's portfolio
• Preparing annual, quarterly and monthly budgets/reports with commentary to the standards of centre management, asset management and landlord level
• Compiling business plans and presenting to key stakeholders
• Ensure all H&S requirements and process are kept to the required level
• Legal documentation understanding and generation
• Potentially travelling 2 days a week to stores

Business Development:
• Proactively and reactively pursuing new opportunities to enhance the company's portfolio throughout the UK and Europe
• Initial introductions, site visits and surveys to qualify objective
• Scope out improvements and new commercial avenues within the asset
• Generate the proposed solution within a strategy document
• Present and pitch to asset stakeholders
• Strategy implementation and mobilisation process
• Scope out and attend beneficial industry networking events
