A fintech start-up looking to disrupt the financial services industry through a tech led lead generation platform which connects potential customers with lenders in real time through a cutting-edge affiliate platform. Backed by one of the UK's best known private equity groups this company is well supported and an exciting fintech start-up to join.


This is a 3 month internship paying £1,300 per month with the intention of converting to a permanent job.


How can you expect to spend your day?


You will join the team to assist with account management duties and helping acquire new partners to the business, though as a start-up your daily duties are less regimented than at larger more established companies and so an element of flexibility is required. This is an excellent internship for a recent graduate looking to gain experience in financial services, fintech or a start-up.


Tasks you'll be responsible for include:
• Help on boarding new affiliate partners, showing them how to use the platform and troubleshoot any issues they have.
• Be the first point of call with affiliate partners checking the data they submit against internal records to ensure the right payment is made.
• Use the company analytics tool to analyse partner reports to understand how they drive traffic and lead generation.
• Learn about Partner Management by attending client and partner meetings along with industry exhibitions in order to meet new affiliate partners working specifically with the financial services industry.
• If required you will be expected to visit new partners around the UK and explain how the platform works.
• Learn how "real time" tech services work.
• Learn how technology can and will disrupt an old and established industry like banking with data at the core of this new functionality.
• As this is a start-up business there will be ad hoc duties that arise that you'll be expected to help with.

• Educated to degree level, high academic achievers preferred.
