This is an entry level graduate job paying £30,000.

How can you expect to spend your day?

You will join the company as an Account Manager responsible for working with clients to help them realise the true value of using the company's Creative Management Platform to build their own digital advertising campaigns. Using both creative design and data insights you'll help partners create beautiful high performing ads across video, native Andrich media. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to work in Digital Advertising by joining one of the biggest and best names in the industry.

Tasks you can expect to be responsible for include:
• You will work with big brands and advertising agencies to guide them through creating their digital advertising campaigns using the company platform and in line with their campaign targets.
• Help drive adoption of the company's Creative Management Platform (CMP) and its products, formats, features with client's creative teams and partners.
• Become a CMP product expert in order to provide proactive and reactive consultation, support and training to client's creative teams and partners.
• Build and provide a consultative relationship while delivering enablement sessions for ad design and building.
• Assist partners in interpreting creative briefs and enabling them to create those within the CMP's capabilities by education and hand-holding to produce ads that look good and perform well.
• Work to maintain client information in collaboration with product, sales, account management, ad operations and other teams to ensure holistic customer success.

What are the ideal candidate's personality, skills and qualifications?

• Educated to degree level, high academic achievers preferred.
• An interest to build beautiful creative online ads.
• Any prior experience with digital display, video advertising or rich media would be a big bonus.
• Prior experience using Photoshop and similar design tools e.g. video editing tools is a plus.
• An interest to learn about conceiving, designing, building digital display and video ads for smartphone, tablet & desktop devices - aptitude for creative & analytical thinking.
• A desire to work closely with creative or production agencies and a strong knowledge of their business practices.
• Faultless communication (both written and verbal) & interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and self-educating individual with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel within Europe.

Bonus points for:
• Experience using JavaScript.
• Understanding of HTML5 display and video advertising marketplace.
• Familiar with commercial 3rd party display ad serving platforms such as DFA Studio, MediaMind, Flashtalking etc.
