Account Executive UK - C&D Foods

Purpose of Role:


• To support the Business Unit Manager to drive a better sales & profit on allocated retailer accounts
• Run weekly & monthly sales & margin reports on allocated retailer accounts
• Support the Business Unit Manager on retailer presentations preperations
• Meet and present to retail partners on sales performance within Pet Food
• Support wider team with sample requirements on an adhoc basis


Key Performance Areas:


• Weekly & Monthly reporting structures are issued in time to the wider business
• Monthly Gap analysis completed for Pet market in the UK
• Customer & colleague Relationships
• Commercial Capability to understand the data set of Kantar, IRI & Euromonitor


Key Performance Measures:


• Invoiced Sales Value and Volume for The UK Business
• Market Share (Value and Volume) of the Company’s products in UK
• Customer Relationship Metrics
• Commercial Capability Standards

• To achieve the commercial performance vision of the C&D Group within The UK Business
• To become the Number One Pet Food Company in The UK Business to work with
• To fully Live the Company vision and values (The 4P’s) within the Commercial Function in the Region

Leadership & Support Responsibilites:


• To support the development and achievement of the company’s long term commercial vision, objectives and strategies in the UK Business
• To support the development and achievement of the company’s short term (annual) commercial objectives and plans in the UK Business
• To lead the reporting & analysis of the UK Pet Food Category, identifying insight that will drive business and customer performance
• To support in the development of the company’s category strategy and capability in UK
• To support in the development and execution of insight lead customer initiatives to grow Category and C&D
• To support in the development and delivery of all category led customer meetings
• To support in the upskilling of the UK commercial Team on Category Insights & Competitive Knowledge
