Our client is a global customer experience platform on a mission to create friendships between brands and their customers. This company provides a personalised experience for customers interacting with brands through their cloud-based software-as-a-service platform. The company sells a real-time platform that captures all data and conversations between a customer and a brand. The platform integrates with applications like Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Snapchat to give one holistic view of a customer. This enables brands and customer experience agents to speak to their customers as if they are friends which creates a better customer experience, brand reputation and increased revenues.
The company has picked up some awesome clients including Interflora, Jack Wills and Asos and is looking for two Account Executives from Venatrix to help them win more customers in the UK and the US. You will be flown out to the company HQ in Copenhagen for 2-weeks of training before joining the vibrant London office and reporting into the VP of Sales.
What you'll be doing:
· You will be driving sales in your region as well as being responsible for managing pipeline and sales funnel
· You will be in charge of attracting customers and generating new business
· You will be an expert in understanding potential customers’ pain points and the exact value propositions of our product to mitigate them
· You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle up until handing the customer over to Customer Success
