communicator and comfortable cold calling, emailing and deploying
initiative when engaging through social media and video in order to
engage with prospects.

Key responsibilities:
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company, competitors and their respective service offerings
- Generate revenue through outbound prospecting - calling into targeted enterprise level accounts and working strategically through a variety of channels
- Inbound lead development - qualify and develop new business leads acquired by customer engagement, marketing campaigns and more
- Utilise your consummate communications skills and engage prospects in warm conversations that highlight the company's value propositions
- Proactively engage in lead management, tracking & forecasting using the CRM and familiarise yourself with the B2B BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline) in order to create more SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) and increase efficacy
Candidate Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Bi-lingual fluency in English and German
- Comfortable in a target driven environment and goal orientated
- Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of successful outbound lead generation experience in a technology environment preferred
- Personable and confident dealing with a range of individuals at every level of business
- Adaptable, willing to learn new skills and challenge yourself when needed
- A strong work ethic
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Eloqua Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & DiscoverOrg a plus
