Aiimi is a technology start-up company based in Central London. Aiimi helps its clients to access, visualise and analyse large amounts of important data in a streamlined and user-friendly way. The technology has helped lots of important companies such as the Department for International Development and Anglian Water to access the right data when they need it and make important business decisions. The company has experienced exponential year on year growth and is hiring 2 Account Development Executives to join the London team.


The role


This is a strategic sales position with minimal cold calling. You will be buddied up with a Senior Sales Executive and will plan campaigns together. You will be trained on Salesforce and other sales tools, and use the marketing tool Hubspot to create marketing material to develop campaigns. You'll also attend customer events and trade shows.


Training and progression


You will be trained by one of the company owners, who began his sales career as a graduate. You'll also be teamed up with a Senior Sales Executive who will act as your mentor and give you continuous support. You'll be expected to progress quickly- you will be an Account Development Executive for about a year before progressing into a fully-fledged face-to-face sales role. Top earners in sales at this company take home up to £200,000.
