We here at Graduate Fasttrack are hiring! We have had an exceptional year and are looking to expand our team by hiring 4x Talent Executives. With world class training and constant mentorship from senior staff members and company directors we are looking for 4 graduates to join our academy and become superstar recruiters in London.
The Company -
Graduate Fasttrack have been a market leading company in graduate recruitment since 2003. We specialise placing exceptional graduates in with 0-3 years experiences in to sales and recruitment roles throughout the UK.
We are responsible for sourcing outstanding graduate talent for UK top employers, ranging from dynamic start-ups through to FTSE 100 businesses. We fully manage our clients graduate attraction strategy and our carefully tailored candidate screening process involves four separate stages, ensuring we only work with the highest calibre of graduate talent.
As a Talent Executive at Graduate Fasttrack, you will develop your understanding of recruitment and develop a number of different skills, including business development and account management.

The role and progression structure -
As a Talent Executive here at Graduate Fasttrack you will become part of our Graduate Academy - this is where we will fast-track you through the business and support you with your personal and professional development. Here you will learn all the skills required to become a top recruitment consultant whilst seeing your pay increase along the way!
Resourcer - 1-3 months:
Conducting telephone and face to face interviews
Writing job adverts and creating online content
Support with assessment centres
Learn how to effectively use Linkedin and job boards
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - 3-6 months:
Manging the entire interview process - from arranging interviews, conducting them and providing feedback
Running assessment centres
Attending client meetings
Being in charge of your own candidates who you work with
Recruitment Consultant - 6-12 months:
Continuing to work closely with candidates - interviews and preparation
Begin to work with clients directly - organise meetings, attend them and be the point of reference for Graduate fasttrack
More autonomy in the role - your day is determined by appointments and meetings you may have. You will learn how to negotiate contract terms
Senior Recruitment Consultant - 1 year + :
In charge of the full recruitment cycle
Specialise and focus on a business area you believe that you excel in
Take more responsibility in the business
Develop new business, win your own clients to work with and manage all future relationships
Maintaining relationships and working closely with candidates
We are looking for driven, money motivated individuals who have recently graduates from university. Your ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life is essential. Alongside great communication skills, you will be hard working and genuinely eager to kick-start your career and add value to this business.
