£21,000 - £26,000 basic salary with an OTE at £35,000 - £40,000

The job…

This Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant role will have you finding the best candidates for our client's needs, this includes: vetting CVs, interviewing candidates, preparing candidates for interviews and setting up interviews with our clients. You will be searching for accountants, bank managers, investment managers, quants as well as many more positions within the financial sector. As a recruitment consultant, you will also do business development to enlarge our client list in order to improve their business.

What we are looking for…

  • A recent graduate (2016 or later)
  • A degree with a 2:1 grading is preferable
  • Engaging, confident and charismatic personality
  • Competitive and hardworking individual
  • Some who has an interest in the Technology market
  • A motivated and resilient individual.
