Recruitment Consultant - The Role:


The role of a recruitment consultant varies from day to day and you will get the opportunity to perform several different tasks to keep you on your toes daily. Firstly, you will use various sources such as job boards, internal databases and adverts to resource the best candidates on the market. Then, you will identify and qualify potential candidates through telephone screening and face-to-face interviews - this is where you will establish the needs and requirements of a candidate and their job search. Finally, you will give interview preparation and feedback during the whole interview process.


Requirements to make a successful recruitment consultant:


Minimum 2:2 degree in any subject


6 months sales experience


Target driven


Money motivated


Determined and dedicated


Inherently competitive (sporting background is highly valued)


Ambitious and driven


Track record of working hard to achieve success
