Details
Description
KPMG in the UK is part of a global network of member firms that offers Audit, Tax, Legal, Consulting, Deal Advisory, and Technology services. Powered by the talent of more than 16,000 people, we bring creativity, insight and experience to solve our clients’ and communities’ biggest problems.
What is Technology & Engineering at KPMG?
Technology is at the heart of what we do and part of the very DNA of our business. That’s why we’ve invested in a powerful team of over 1,500 technologists; creating a step change in the way we work and delivering broader, deeper expertise to our clients faster than ever. Our connected solutions stretch across a range of specialisms too, from digital consulting, cyber and risk management through to data and analytics, human-centred design, software engineering, and financial modelling.
Technology Consulting
Solving a broad mix of challenges for our clients, Technology Consulting is a dynamic and fast-paced area of our firm. We work collaboratively in teams and with clients to help solve problems quickly, investing in new methods, new tools and new capabilities to deliver tailormade solutions to clients.
On our Technology Consulting Graduate programme, you’ll work with a range of clients and technologies. You’ll learn the skills to analyse, advise and deliver digital solutions for some of our clients’ most pressing business issues. Your work will typically span the technology delivery lifecycle; shaping a project from requirements definition through to technical delivery.
We look to recruit those with existing technical skills, as well as those without, who are keen to develop a career in technology.
Training and Benefits
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through technology specific accreditations, certifications and skills training relevant to your programme, such as Amazon Web Services, Google and Microsoft. You also have access to an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development; and the chance to use your skills to make a difference through a range of community volunteering initiatives. We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday.
Your qualifications
You’ll need to have, or be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree. Please see programme information on our Careers Portal for specific requirements. We will look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. See our ‘How to Apply’ sections on our Careers Portal for further guidance.
