How we work
Our process is simple yet thorough - you will first meet an experienced Recruitment to Recruitment consultant who knows the recruitment market and our clients inside out. You will go through a full interview, you will be given all the information on the relevant companies and roles and you will talk though your options. You will then decide with your consultant your top 3-4 client matches. We will have interviews set up with these chosen clients within 24 hours.
Our role is to represent you in a professional way. We listen, we give you thorough information and we ensure we find the role best suited to you.
Our team have worked with some of our clients for years and understand their businesses inside out. Our clients trust us to find the best match for them and we also take the time to understand what you are looking for in your next move.
Guidance and Preparation
One of the many frustrations for candidates about the Recruitment to Recruitment market is the lack of preparation and company information given to them by their agency, as well as the lack of guidance and honest advice. We will see you through your process from start to finish in a professional way. We will be on hand to answer questions throughout and we will ensure the smooth running of your process.
Part of our job is to advise and we do this is an open and honest way. We take time to understand your needs and goals and we will only send your details across to clients you have agreed with us.
We pride ourselves on knowing our market. You will meet with a consultant who is experienced in the Recruitment to Recruitment sector and who not only has excellent relationships with their clients but an excellent track record to back this up.
Our job doesn't stop when you leave our office. You will be given a mobile number for your consultant who is happy to answer questions and offer advice at any time. We offer CV advice, we prepare you fully for your interview and we tell you in detail about the client you are meeting.
