Zenos is one of the UK’s fastest growing companies, providing IT Support training to thousands of young people each year aged 16 to 19.
Our exceptional growth and success has been due to the excellence of our trainers, we continue to recruit industry experienced people but have recognised the need to develop our own trainers and are now recruiting for the 2010 and 2011 intakes to our Graduate IT Trainer programme. We recruit talented and motivated people who want a career in this exciting, rewarding and dynamic organisation.
Ideally you will have completed a degree in Computer Sciences or another Information Technology related discipline or you will have qualified as a teacher.
The graduates we employ on our programme join us as Associate Trainers who spend time working as Training Assistants, paired with an experienced mentor. During this intensive programme we will help you to develop your skills and experience and you will work to gain internationally- recognised qualifications from Microsoft and CompTIA.
Associate Trainers previously recruited have progressed into a full training role in anywhere from 4 to 12 months, depending on their aptitude, motivation and flexibility on location. As soon as we agree you are ready, you will be promoted to an IT Trainer with a commensurate increase in salary.
Zenos has more than 30 Academies spread from Newcastle to Southampton, Bristol to Maidstone. We have around 100 classrooms across the Academies and each year help more than 5,000 young people take their first steps in a career in IT. Our training programme and management systems were judged by Ofsted to be Grade 1 - Outstanding.
Our levels of remuneration are sector leading; the potential to progress in our business, which has grown from 3 Academies to more than 30 in 5 years, is very real and we have vacancies throughout England.
Zenos is an equal opportunity employer and we are also committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
