What will I do?
You can join us in a number of different business areas. We only look for specific degrees in a couple of disciplines (Research & Development and Supply Chain) so whatever your area of interest, if you’re motivated and talented, you’ve got a chance. Some people will be attracted to one business area straight away, but if you’re unsure, take some time to read about the different functions. You might find yourself drawn to something you’d never considered doing before. Most people who join the programme will spend two years on at least three different placements, getting to know our business. You’ll be trained on how to be a leader, how to sharpen your business skills and you’ll be expected to develop quickly both as a professional and as a person. We’ll give you full support to attain your relevant chartered status or professional qualifications. And of course, we’ll make sure you have the backup of a buddy, a mentor and an HR contact, as well as coaching from your line manager. We recruit graduates to work in: Currently, we’re looking to place graduates in Supply Chain and Financial Management, Business & Technology Management, Research & Development, Customer Development and China Marketing.
