Training & Profiles
The content and structure of our graduate programme varies depending on the business area you join, but there are certain things they all share:
- All last two years during which you’ll become a specialist in your field
- All expose you to the wider organisation and reveal how different departments contribute to the customer experience
- All offer the chance to make an impact from day one
Like any successful relationship, yours with T-Mobile will be a two-way thing. We’ll give you all the training and development you need (together with some fantastic benefits). But before we do that, there are certain qualities we’ll be looking for in you.
What we’re looking for
From an academic standpoint you'll need a 2.1 or above. Unless you plan to join one of our technology programmes, this could be in any discipline.
More importantly we look for:
- An enquiring mind
- Plenty of passion and commitment
- The initiative to take the lead when it comes to your own career development
But perhaps most important are the underlying values that underpin everything we do. They are not just words in some training manual. We really do live and breathe them. So to make the most of your career with us, you’ll need to live and breathe them too.
