Graduate programmes

Join one of our graduate programmes in Africa or the UK and you’ll gain wide exposure to different parts of our global business, working on real projects to deliver solutions that are expertly suited to our clients’ needs. It’s a challenging, stimulating and enjoyable environment that encourages you to make the most of your potential. You’ll work in cross-border teams and will enjoy the freedom to develop fresh ideas, create solutions in your own way, and make them happen.

The recruitment process

If your initial application is successful, you’ll go through a selection process that could include:

• phone interviews
• face to face interviews
• psychometric assessments
• assessment centres.

If you’re successful at our final assessment centre, we’ll offer you a place on one of our programmes within 48 hours.
