To ensure staff are trained and developed above industry standards we have invested in bespoke training programmes for all levels. Such training starts at grass roots with a graduate training scheme for all new trainees. Consultants and business leaders also continue to be trained alongside their own external executive coaches.

This has meant we enjoyed being ranked within the Recruiter Fast 50 and the Sunday Times International Track 100, but also won the Best Banking and Finance Awards in 2009 and 2011. Internally this has meant rapid organic growth with the most recent director being promoted at the age of 26 and our current associate director of Asia-Pac being only 24 years old. All progression is performance based which really rewards those who work hard to succeed.
