Training & Profiles

Our graduate programme
We recruit graduates into our London-based audit and tax departments to train as chartered accountants, with additional opportunities available throughout the UK.

Our size allows you to work closely with senior staff across a range of clients to encourage you to develop a broad understanding of our clients’ businesses.

What we offer
As we treat our clients as individuals, we also treat our staff as individuals. We offer a competitive salary and a choice of benefits available through our flexible benefits scheme. We also provide full study support towards gaining your ACA qualification as well as a series of internal courses to develop your business, personal and technical skills.

After successfully completing your training contract, we encourage you to pursue senior management or partnership and offer secondments and further training on the way.

What we look for
We encourage applications from graduates who hold a 2.1 degree classification in any subject as well as 300 UCAS points (or international equivalent).

Our application process allows you to demonstrate your accomplished communication skills, genuine interest in accountancy, financial reasoning and your ability to think commercially, considering the wider organisations behind the numbers.

I find auditing public sector bodies really interesting. A lot of what we work on are topics that are in the news and it is interesting to see the point of view of the people working in the sector. It allows you to form your own opinion about what is taking place in the public sector, rather than relying on the media. I also really like Moore Stephens LLP’s size as it means that we know the partners in our group and they know us, which may not happen in a larger firm.
