Training & Profiles

The ICI European Graduate Development Programme has been developed to provide graduates with an understanding of the ICI Group as a whole and a network of contacts throughout Europe.

If this programme forms part of your own particular development, you will attend four key events held in locations across Europe during your first few years with ICI.

Each event aims to enhance your business-based knowledge and your management and teamworking skills.

The function-specific training you receive will depend entirely on the function you join and the job that you do. It will be tailored to your specific responsibilities and development needs as you and your business define them.

In some countries this may include working to gain appropriate professional qualifications.

To apply to ICI, you will have achieved or be expecting to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree (Equivalencies: NL: 7-10; GE: 1-2.5; FR: 12-20; SP: Distinction or above). You must also have achieved a minimum 22 UCAS points (NL: VWO 7-10; GE: Abitur 1-2.6; FR: Bac 12-20; SP: Bach 7-10) and speak fluent English. Please see individual vacancies for specific requirements.
