“I mainly applied because of the opportunity for structured career progression. Grade 7 roles offer an excellent salary and also variety of work. I also wanted to undertake more study and expand my knowledge and to test my own capabilities. The course seemed to offer much more than simply a series of exams and that has proven to be true.”
The four-year Tax Professional Development programme has a starting salary of £27,045 (national) or £29,256 (London). On completing the training course, you can expect to be promoted to a Grade 7 post with a starting salary currently at £46,983 (National) or £52,669 (London).
