The Company

BNP Paribas is one of the world’s leading financial institutions. Our Securities Services subsidiary provides crucial support to massive global deals. Last year alone we supplied Fund Administration Services and expertise to some 45.4 million transactions. It’s this scope of operations that has made us Europe’s first provider of securities services, and fifth in the world.

Training & Profiles

The Accelerated Growth Programme has been engineered to create the future leaders of BNP Paribas Securities Services. Aiming to give candidates a thorough insight into the business and develop their technical competencies, it’s a passport to success for anyone with the right ambition and drive.

To become a part of the programme it’s essential you share our values and demonstrate talent, intellect and passion. While a degree is not essential, you’ll need to prove yourself of graduate calibre and will be required to pass a series of verbal and numeric tests.

After a thorough two-month induction, you’ll cover three or four placements across the business. These are real roles - you’ll be expected to deliver real results, but in turn you’ll be trusted in your abilities and your input will be valued. At the end of two years you’ll be in an ideal position to shape change within the business and will have the option of joining almost any discipline, such as project management or accountancy, or entering into further training.
