Our International Management Trainee Programme at British American Tobacco is specially designed for independent and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities – people who want to stand out in the corporate world, on their own terms.
Over 24 months, you will have the opportunity to work in different departments within the reference functional area, carrying out 3 or more key job rotations. You may also have an opportunity of an international experience, to expose you to the way of working in a global environment abroad and give you a wider view.
You will have an opportunity to indicate the functional area in which you would like to develop your career. We have opportunities across Western Europe in the following areas:
While you grow you need to deliver: you will be set clear and stretching objectives for each rotation and, to remain on the fast-track programme, you will be expected to have excellent performance. After you finish the programme you will be in a position to take on a Junior Management Position and carry on your career path. Your long term career goal is that you will achieve a Senior Management Position within 10 years.
