Graduate training and profiles
This is the perfect company for ambitious individuals looking to begin a career in mortgage broking. As a member of the Alexander Hall team you will receive all the training and support you need to enable you to become an expert in your field. We want you to be a top performer – the future growth and success of our company depends on it.
At the outset of your career you will work to develop key sales skills and expand your knowledge of the mortgage industry. You will also gain an in-depth understanding of the property market with our sister company Foxtons. Additionally you will study for and sit your CeMap qualifications. Once you have passed your CeMap exams and proven your sales ability you will have the opportunity to progress to the role of Mortgage Adviser.

Throughout this time you will receive training on a continual basis, ensuring you learn the sales skills and techniques necessary to become a successful Mortgage Broker. Additionally you will study for and sit your CeMap qualifications. Once you have passed your CeMap exams and proven your sales ability you will transfer to a full Mortgage Broker position.
