The Company

Tactical Solutions is a Field Sales Business where you get the chance to make a difference by delivering outstanding results and achieving excellence in your performance, where you’re potential is recognized and rewarded. We need graduates to be part of our aggressive and exciting expansion plans.

Excellent on job training is delivered by sales professionals, where you will develop classical selling skills that deliver outstanding results. Our 26 week training and development structure ensures you gain all the necessary skills required to learn and gain valuable experience of the sales role and Fast Moving Consumer Goods market. You will be calling on the major food retailers and others, 5 days a week Monday to Friday in a company car so a full UK manual driving license is essential. No day is the same.

We are looking for graduates who want to join our fast moving business that have the desire, drive, determination, enthusiasm, work ethic and ambition to be successful and build a successful career with Tactical Solutions.

To meet our aggressive and exciting growth plans, we need Graduates nationwide, so all locations will be considered.

Your first six months will be spent training you to be a true sales professional and the training you will receive will consist of all the elements of a structured classical sales call e.g. Preparation & planning, Selling skills, presentation skills and retail training. You will also have exposure to other areas of our business. Most of the training is hands on in the field as this is the best place to develop your skills and gain experience but this is also complemented by first class in house Graduate training.

Progression with Tactical Solutions holds no barriers and operating a Territory to the highest standards and delivering outstanding results will always be a key driver to meet your future ambitions and the ambitions of Tactical Solutions. We have a proven track record of promoting from within the business.
