On our Management Trainee Scheme, we look for people that are practical, hands-on and very ambitious. The programme
It's a practical, branch-based scheme that will give you all the skills you need to work in the fast-paced merchanting industry. We'll help you make the most of your business acumen, entrepreneurial flair and talent for customer service. The programme will put you on the fast-track in a company and sector that are both thriving. In 2007, we opened over 35 new branches.
It’s a two-year programme. Your time will be spent in several branches learning the nuts and bolts of how the business is run. After all, you’re working to be part of the management team yourself in two years or under, so you need to know exactly what's what.
Over the next five years, we have enormous plans for growth in the UK, Ireland and beyond. Which means that for the ambitious and motivated there are outstanding opportunities to be promoted swiftly into positions of responsibility.
What you need
- Degree or
- 2 A-levels, grade D or above (equivalent qualifications considered) with some customer facing work experience
- Right to work permanently in the UK without a student visa or temporary work permit
- Full driving licence
