Company Company Profile

At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, our mission is to create new possibilities for technology to have a meaningful impact on people, businesses, governments and society. We do this by inviting the intrepid and the bold, the curious and inspired, the driven and wired to join us and to collaborate, work, learn and build together.

That’s how we provide solutions which enable companies to mobilize their business, mine all their data for insights on an open, agile cloud and do it all securely. We aim at making the complex simple. Bridging the old and the new. That’s where you fit in.

The road from inspiration to innovation to impact begins with you. Imagine yourself as part of a company with the breadth and depth of products and services to provide complete end-to-end solutions in big data, cloud, mobility and security, not just a disparate set of IT components. You could be working on amazing projects like our Helion Cloud portfolio, Apollo water-cooled supercomputers and OneView, the best converged infrastructure tool on the market. From enterprise infrastructure and services, through to software and to financial services – see yourself defining new horizons for technology as part of one of the world’s iconic tech companies.

Training & Profiles

We have pathways available to graduates, interns and apprentices. These are designed to empower you with the skills and experience to unleash your full potential. Our promise is that when you join us you’ll find that we take your future very seriously – because as part of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, you’re part of the family and, together, we’ll go from inspiration to global impact.

  • If you want to join the HP Graduate Programme, visit our application area and submit your online application in English for your chosen career track. For more information, go to our application advice section.

If your qualifications match our requirements, we’ll let you know your application has been successful. You’ll then progress to the following selection process:

CV submission
In general, we’re much more interested in the kind of person you are – your work experience, extra-curricular activities and the things you’re naturally good at – than your degree. So make sure your CV reflects who you are and highlights your abilities. As you’d expect, we also ask that you have some minimum qualifications, so be sure to check the requirements for each role when you apply. For more information, go to our CV advice section.

Telephone interview
Once we’ve checked your application we’ll invite you to a telephone interview – to get a deeper understanding of your background and ensure you are familiar with the role you’re applying for. For more information, go to our interview advice section.

Face-to-face interview
This is to help us get to know you better, so try and relax and be yourself. Depending on the role, we’ll interview you or you’ll need to come along to an assessment centre day – taking part in activities like a case study, presentation, group exercise, as well as an interview. For more information, go to our interview advice section.
