Exsurgo is an international recruitment consultancy that services the human capital needs of multinational, mid-cap & start-up businesses, our core business is focused on retail & consumer markets. We are based in Mayfair & in the last 12 months, have grown sales by 300% and headcount by 140%.
We are also part of Hamilton Bradshaw, the fastest growing recruitment group in the world right now. Our chairman & main investor is James Caan, best known in wider circles for his role on BBC’s Dragons Den.

What opportunities are there & are you the right person?
We plan to recruit at least 10 consultants via our graduate development program in the next 12 months. Our teams across International Retail, FMCG Sales & Supply Chain all have current openings. However, regardless of your specialism you’ll need to display;
