Development of our talent is very important to us. This programme was created to support and develop top candidates who can demonstrate that they are leaders in the making. Many of our senior leaders in the business today started out in our Graduate Programme.
During this programme, you will start your first five weeks with an intensive training focus to develop your understanding on dunnhumby’s ways of working, the use of our tools and capabilities, knowledge around the CPG and Retail industry and technical training on the programs we use to customize our work for our clients. From technical training to an explanation of our company’s history, we’ll make sure we do everything possible to set you up for success.
We’re looking for individuals who we believe have the ability to impact our company from the day they start.
Typically, our graduates start out in roles such as Data Analyst, Data and Product Development, Client Executive or Account Executive. These are broad disciplines under which many of the roles here at dunnhumby can be categorised and give insight into the type of work we offer and the skillsets we seek in our Graduates.
