Our vision is to build on our 160-year record of success to become the world’s best pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer. As a graduate, you’ll have a pivotal role to play in helping us get there. We’ve got four graduate programmes this year, and each offers responsibility and real-life projects from the outset.
The Retail Management Programme is for future store leaders – join us here, and you could have the keys to your own store in just 12 months. Our Brand, Buying and Marketing Programme is all about developing, sourcing and marketing our own brands (including No.7, Soltan and Botanics) as well as a huge range of external brands.
Then there’s our award-winning Finance Programme, which offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in financial accounting, management information and business partnering. We’ll also provide funding for the ACCA or CIMA qualification. And our new Leadership Programme gives you the chance to project manage a wide range of business, web and technology solutions – ideas are what matters here, not a background in technology.
