Prestigious company Rolls-Royce is giving graduates the chance to pursue "a dream come true" with a career in engineering this autumn.

Graduates may get the chance to follow their dreams with Rolls-Royce-the esteemed and innovative engineering and manufacturing company have opened two graduate development schemes in Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.

The development schemes offer exposure to leading experts and cutting-edge projects, and seek to give graduates the right training to begin fulfilling careers. One graduate who works in Aerothermal Technology, Piera Carugno, says she couldn't believe it when she was offered the opportunity.

"It is a dream come true. This is the place I always wanted to be. At university you start to develop ideas of where you want to be, but when I had an interview here at Rolls-Royce and found out I was joining the company, I thought it wasn't real."

"I signed the contract and sent it back after two days because I really wanted to be here," she says.

Innovation has always been at the heart of Rolls-Royce's approach, and Piera believes that the company's commitment to bringing fresh young minds onto the team is an important part of what keeps them at the forefront of the industry.

"We live in a world where innovation is the key factor," she says. "You have to be open to new learning opportunities and learning every day. It is something that drives you every day and puts Rolls-Royce at the cutting edge of technology. "

Graduates eager to work with an industry leader should consider if Rolls-Royce's graduate opportunities can help them find their dream career.
