A timber merchant has announced an expansion in Leeds, promising 50 new jobs by next spring, which is good news for retail graduate careers in the city.
The James Latham company is moving into new space in Capitol Park and says it should be set up early in 2012.
The move will mean the trading estate will reach its target of bringing 1,500 jobs to the site near the motorway.
Andrew Wright, company director said: "Having outgrown our existing Ossett site, the new James Latham Leeds facility at junction 28 of the M62 will provide the modern infrastructure required to continue the successful development of the business across the region."
Knight Frank property firm partner Alex Munro said: "Capitol Park Leeds is a tremendous success story and recent lettings and deals have taken it to the 1,500 jobs target for phase one."
