Young graduates now have exciting opportunities at hand as a leading business services firm unveiled 247 new top-salary jobs in Belfast.
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has made a total investment of over £20 million to develop three centres of excellence in Belfast, with £1.765m of Invest NI support.
The highest number of jobs will be made available at a technology centre, followed by a capability and training centre and international survey unit. Together, all these units will generate £8 million a year in additional salaries.
New recruits are already getting trained at the company's Belfast headquarters at Waterfront Plaza.
Northern Ireland's enterprise minister Arlene Foster visited the technology graduates who are getting trained at PwC to take up the new roles.
The initiative represented a significant vote of confidence by the company in its Northern Ireland operation and in the calibre of graduates and experienced professionals available here, according to Ms Foster.
