Graduates Yorkshire is proving popular after new figures showed it signed-up 30,000 graduates to its services.
The organisation, which is based in the Yorkshire and Humber region, aims to find graduates appropriate vacancies.
It also advertises paid internship schemes in the area, runs a graduate internship scheme and targets businesses to advise them on the benefits of employing graduates.
Chief Executive Martin Edmondson said: "It's not just Graduates Yorkshire who should be pleased with having 30,000 registered users on our site, employers should be too.
"The region has a strong pool of talented graduates looking for opportunities in the region and a chance to show how they can help businesses and the region's economy."
He said graduates were finding it increasingly difficult to find relevant jobs in the current economic climate and the organisation's services were becoming increasingly important to those leaving university.
He added: "We'd encourage businesses to take a second look at investing in graduate talent as they can add real value to companies, improving their profitability."
The region's universities produce 40,000 graduates annually.
Graduates Yorkshire was created to act as a link between the area's universities and businesses by matching graduates to specific positions.
