How it works?
Starting off on our 2 month development programme, you will be taken through a structured training scheme which will involve both, classroom training and “on the job” development from key members of our successful Teams. After graduating from this programme you will join one of our established teams and be responsible for growing a desk, using your new skills in business development, profiling candidates, networking and headhunting.

Recruitment is essentially a sales role; you will need to be a passionate, hard working, fearless and articulate person who enjoys dealing with people, both face to face and over the telephone.
