
New Year - New Job - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for high calibre candidates to enter at entry level at Aston Carter. This role is commonly known as a ‘resourcer’. This position will require you to be proactive and determined to find the correct candidate for the position that is available in the clients firm. Usually the resourcing role will last up to 6 months (but exceptional candidates can be promoted in 3 months) and then you will be given more responsibility in business development and working with clients, as well as placing candidates into existing and new clients firms.

Experience within the field is not necessary, however a distinctive drive to succeed, and a motivation to be the best is imperative. A unique, vibrant and durable personality is similarly a necessity. Sales experience is a plus, especially in telemarketing, or other sales roles.
