We are looking for a university graduate with ambition and a strong personality to join a leading recruitment consultancy.

Based in their UK offices in Chester our client are a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in placing professionals into permanent placements into the energy industries.

Part of a target driven and lively sales team as Graduate Trainee Recruitment Executive you will take part in an intensive training program that will cover all the key aspects of the recruitment sales process providing you with the right skill set or a successful career in recruitment!

Once your initial training period is complete you will be involved in full sales cycle, business development, account management, attending client visits, candidate screening and closing deals

This role offers excellent career progression with the opportunity to move into full management and further down the line a senior/ management position role.

For this graduate recruitment opportunity we are looking for graduates that are educated to degree level or above, plenty of personality is a must! Along with drive, ambition and a determination to forge a successful career in recruitment!
