JOB TITLE: GRADUATE/TRAINEE HEADHUNTER
SALARY: £20K BASIC + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (Company nights out, target incentives)
LOCATION: LONDON, SOUTH LONDON

THE ROLE:

* Using various search methodologies to locate and headhunt candidates for both permanent and contract appointments.
* Working in a strong sales and customer service environment so must be confident communicating on the phone
* Predominantly database research and telephone sales activity
* Working closely with the MD to place market researchers

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

* A degree qualification of 2:1 or above (in any discipline)
