Graduate Management Scheme
Salary: £20,000 - £22,500 (depending on experience).
Realistic on-target earnings: £28k+ (1st year); £36k+ (2nd year); £48k+ (3rd year).

A day in the life of a RedPepper candidate:
•New business development within the professional sectors
•Account management of existing and warm clients
•Face-to-face candidate interviews and client meetings
•Consultation, networking and relationship building
•Negotiation - offers, rejections, winning deals, losing deals
•The fun stuff - a young & professional working environment with team targets, weekly &
monthly office nights out, weekends away, holidays
•Corporate entertainment - client visits, drinks, dinners out, potential for travel
•The most important thing - NO two days are ever the same
The career progression plan:
All progression within these roles is termed as meritocratic, which means you will get out what you put in. Progression is linked to performance so people who do well and work hard will be rewarded with promotions and salary increases. The progression is very transparent and a rough guide is below:
•Trainee Consultant (3 - 12 months).
•Consultant (6 - 18 months).
•Senior Consultant (12 - 24 months).
•Team Leader / Managing Consultant (3 years).
•Principal Consultant (4 years).
•Associate Director (5+ years).
The ideal candidate:
As a Professional Recruitment Consultant you will need to be a self/money-motivated individual who is determined to establish themselves on the career ladder. We specialise in placing candidates into roles that will help them to develop highly sought-after skills and a strong CV. Ideal candidates have the very minimum of a 2.1 degree (2.2 considered with exceptional circumstances), achievements in either sports or entrepreneurial activities, exposure to the commercial world and socities/travelling are added bonuses.
