Your Profile
To be successful as a technical design recruiter you must have a desire to work in recruitment and sales. Sales experience is not a pre requisite although if you do not have any sales experience you must have a background in web design or have a good technical understanding of web design. My client would ideally like a candidate who has experience of working within technical, or creative web based design, who is now hungry and passionate to work in a fast paced, client led role where you have an opportunity to build a client base, business area and ultimately make a lot of money for the work that you put in. You must love a challenge, be driven by success, be happy to put some hard work in and enjoy a competitive, target based environment.

The Role

This is a Recruitment Consultancy with a difference. Due to recent success and massive market potential they are looking for bright, intelligent, sparky and consultative sales people to join there team. The role wil involve recruiting senior graphic and web designers. They would ideally like somebody from industry so that they can professionally approach the market. Your role on a day to day basis will be hugely varied and range from sourcing and pitching for new business, managing accounts and meeting with and consulting with candidates on career opportunities.
