Your Profile



As a Graduate Telesales Adviser you will be looking to pursue a career with a
well-known, global organisation who are renowned as market leaders in all of
their chosen markets and are also excellent at developing the careers of their
employees. You will be a self motivated graduate with a determination for
success and excellent customer service skills. You will be resilient, flexible
and adaptable. Ideally you will have telephone customer service experience
however this is not essential.



The Role



You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a first class
level of service. You will be responsible for converting new and existing
customer sales enquiries into appointments, sales and orders. You will receive
excellent training in order to maximise revenue earning opportunities and
promote the brand to customers.
