We are looking for graduates to join our 18-24 month intensive development programme in a variety of roles, including software development, software integration, software test and support.

Regardless of the project you are assigned to, you will have a personal mentor to provide guidance and support; a formal graduate support network that covers the whole of the UK and Ireland and an Individual Development Plan that defines the technical, business and interpersonal skills you will need to develop in order to complete the Graduate Program and further your career at EDS.

Who Are We Looking For?
Ambitious and proactive individuals, who will gain extensive experience during the 18-24 month intensive Graduate Scheme.

To work within Defence, suitable candidates must:
o Be British nationals;
o Have been residents in the UK for the past three years;
o Have not spent more than 12 months out of the UK in the past 3 years;
o Have attained a minimum 2:2 at Degree level;
o Have an academic background in IT, Computer Science, Physics or Maths.

You should also:
o Be a team player with the flexibility and initiative to assist EDS in staying ahead within a fluid 24/7 market place;
o Possess a strong technical background with an understanding and experience of the software development lifecycle;
o Be able to prove that you’ve got what it takes to work with clients, deliver solutions and progress within the company.
