Your profile
To be a successful Graduate B2B Venue Sales Manager you will have a minimum of 12 months business-to-business sales experience which will include face-to-face sales & telephone sales (ideally from a hospitality background but not essential), you will be target driven and highly motivated by results. The ideal Graduate B2B Venue Sales Manager will have a proven track record of developing new business relationships and account managing clients for repeat long term business, you will have a work hard play hard mentality and must demonstrate commercial acumen with the initiative to proactively research and search for new business opportunities. The chosen Graduate B2B Venue Sales Manager will be dedicated, hard working and will thrive working under pressure and have natural networking skills.
The role
As a Venue Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities whilst developing profitable relationships with existing and new clients. You will be selling your venue for corporate functions throughout the year, this will involve 30% selling over the phone and 70% meeting clients face to face, this role is ideal for somebody who is looking for their 2nd job after University/high school.
