Engineering Graduate Programme 2007

We have 6 graduate places on offer starting in September 2007. The programme has been designed to offer our graduates exposure to all of our businesses. Focusing on engineering, we have included training and development in all facets of our business, to include Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Planning and Project Management.

Throughout the programme, you will be supported both by experienced mentors and senior managers who will help guide you through. Although there will be structure to the programme, along with the business you will have responsibility for shaping your development, having choices about where in the business you work and on which activities.

After your first 18 months, you will be well equipped with all the necessary skills to develop your engineering career with us. We will work closely with you during the final 6 months of the programme to determine your aspirations and place you in a business that is able to offer you further development and the challenge you might desire.
