The John Lewis Partnership has ambitious plans to double in size over the next ten years. Our Finance graduate scheme aims to develop finance professionals with the commercial and technical ability to drive that growth.

Take ownership

Take control
On our Finance graduate scheme, you’ll learn how to take control not only of our finances, but our strategic direction. For that reason, we’ll help you develop an in-depth understanding of retail as well as excellent financial skills. You’ll learn from senior people across different areas of the Partnership while studying for a CIMA qualification with our full support.

Take stock
Strong academic credentials are vital – starting with a 2:1 in any discipline plus at least a grade B in Maths at A level or equivalent. More than this though, you’ll need a keen commercial mind, impressive analytical skills and the ability to put your point across clearly and convincingly.
