BASIC £16K, OTE £25-27K

Our client is looking for a tenacious, driven and ambitious graduate to join their graduate trainee program. A leader in their field, our client is global provider of unified solutions to a variety of markets.

As a trainee you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. As you progress through the business, you will begin to manage the complete sales cycle and will spend time on client visits. Within 18 months you can expect to progress into a territory manager, account manager or channel manager position.

In terms of training, you will receive a comprehensive induction and will split your time between sales, marketing and the technical functions of the business. You will receive training on their solutions and sales and marketing processes, which will be supported by one-to-one mentoring.
