Location: Birmingham, for initial induction and training with nationwide opportunities depending on future roles. Geographical flexibility is required.

We are the UK's leading operator of managed pubs and pub restaurants, offering eating, drinking and entertainment for our customers in around 2000 outlets. We operate market-leading brands such as All Bar One, Vintage Inns, Scream and O'Neill's, together with some of the most historical and classic pubs in the county.

CORPORATE GRADUATE SCHEME - do you have what it takes?
Our Corporate Graduates are recruited with a view to becoming our Senior Managers of the future. We recruit up to 12 graduates each year, allowing us to invest the time and resource to ensure that each graduate receives the best possible training and development, opportunities to progress, and the appropriate level of responsibility from day one.

Whether you choose to pursue your career in Operations or in one of our specialist functions, you will undertake a comprehensive but flexible training programme lasting approximately two years.

In terms of who we're looking for, we expect our graduates to demonstrate drive, enthusiasm and a passion for our industry, coupled with sound commercial acumen.
